We always get very involved in the case studies we work with. There are upsides and downsides to this. The upside is that we creatively get to the core of the problem we are trying to tell others. The downside is that it sometimes effect us emotionally. So we channel the emotion into the work we do. This big hearted storybook is the story of Madison.
