TO INSPIRE ON CHRISTMAS
IGA were looking to inspire people to shop local for for all the informal occasions leading up to Christmas. Whats more, we needed to communicate the fact that unlike to corporate supermarkets, IGA’s independent network supports local businesses and communities.
Create a campaign with locals at its heart. One that celebrates all the catch-ups leading up to Christmas and how shopping at IGA give back to the community. Beyond the TV campaign, an inspirational 14 week content campaign was delivered for social. This integrated with weekly product focuses and carried across catalogue and beyond.
To date, this has been IGA’s largest integrated campaign. With all internal and external teams aligned in a single direction, the huge results expected at the campaign’s completion will be the reward for a big team effort.
Also – The Taren Point locals that are the stars of the campaign are even being stopped in the street and asked selfies.
